2014 All-School Concert Information

We are super excited about the 2014 All-School Concert on March 30, 2014 at 3:00pm.

Everyone enrolled in our music classes is performing in the concert, so be sure to be there, you won’t want to miss it.  And, the All-School concert is a public event.  You can invite your friends and family to attend.

Here are the details –

Where: Antonian High School (just down West Avenue from JYMS) 6425 West Ave. San Antonio, TX 78213

When: Sunday, March 30, 2014 at 3:00pm (Please arrive 10 minutes early to find your seat, please don’t arrive too early, we don’t want to have children waiting around too long before the program starts)

What is my child playing and what should he/she wear?

All students are singing the songs “Take Me Out to the Ball Game”, “Do You Want to Build a Snowman” and “Let it Go”.

JMC 1 and MAC 1 (beginner students who just started attending class in Feb) – Singing Finale Songs. Wear Sunday Best.

Music Wonderland – Singing Finale Songs and “Do Re Mi Fa Man”. Wear superhero clothes.

JMC 2 – Singing Finale Songs, “Do a Deer” and playing “Squirrel’s Lullaby”. Dress – Wear baby blue or pajamas.

JMC 3 – Singing Finale Songs, “Do a Deer” and playing “French Fry Bandit”. Wear black and white stripes, like the bandit in the picture, you can even wear the black eye mask.

JMC 4 and MAC 2 – Singing Finale Songs, “Do a Deer” and playing “Waltz”. Wear Fall colors, red, orange, yellow and/or brown.

JXC 1 – Singing Finale Songs and playing “Lavenders Blue”. Wear lavender.

JXC 2 – Singing Finale Songs and playing “Big Cake with Candles” and “Happy Birthday”. Wear fancy party clothes with a cone party hat.

JXC 3 & 4 – Singing Finale Songs and playing “Olympic Theme and Fanfare”. Wear anything sport related (sweatsuit, sweatband, windbreaker jacket, medals around neck, or choose one of the colors from the olympic logo rings, red, black, blue, yellow, green).

JAC 5 – Singing Finale Songs and playing “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”. Wear dressy outfits like the ones they wear in the movie Mary Poppins. 

JAC 6 – Singing Finale Songs and playing “Phantom Palace” and “Daytripper”. Wear all black.

JAC 7 – Singing Finale Songs and playing “The Sound of Music”. Wear German-like outfits, like the ones from the movie The Sound of Music.
